Funeral services will be held on Friday November 3, 2006 for Mrs. Stella M. Goyetche. Mrs. Goyetche was born in Madeleine Island, Quebec, Canada, a daughter of the late Prudence and Madeline (Richard) Harvey. She had been a Watertown resident for the past 52 years. Mrs. Goyetche had been employed for over 17 years as a housekeeper and cook at the Perkins Institute for the Blind. She died on Tuesday October 31, 2006 at her residence at the age of 92.

She was the wife of the late Henry E. Goyetche; mother of Jeannette M. Goyetche and her husband Jerry Hoffman of American Canyon, CA, Paul H. Goyetche of Watertown, Michael E. Goyetche of Nahant and the late Richard J. Goyetche; grandmother of Lucas M. Hoffman and Geena N. Hoffman; and sister of Helene Guay, Marc Harvey and Henry Harvey all of Montreal and Jerome Harvey of Quebec.

Funeral services will be held from the MacDonald, Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home in WATERTOWN SQUARE at 6 Riverside St. (cnr. of No. Beacon St.) Watertown on Friday at 8:00 A.M. followed by a Funeral Mass at 9:00 O’Clock in the Sacred Heart Church 770 Mt. Auburn St. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Interment Ridgelawn Cemetery. Visiting hours Thursday 5-8 PM.
Contributions made in Stella’s memory to the charity of one’s choice would be appreciated.

GOYETCHE, Clarence J. - 77, died March 27, 2003, in Strait Richmond Hospital, Evanston. Born in Cape Auguet, he was a son of the late Miller and Mary (Briand) Goyetche. He was a fisherman during his younger years on fishing draggers, and later joined the Foundation Tug Salvage Company for 10 years. He returned home to do inshore fishing until his death. He is survived by brother, Amedee "Ed", Cape Auguet; brother-in-law, Harold Martell; sister-in-law, Margaret Goyetche; godmother, Edna Joyce; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Frederick, Raymond, and Walter; sisters, Alfreda, Emma, Gladys, Mary-Ellen, Isable, and Rita. He will be sadly missed by nephew and godchild, Jack and wife Rose Marie. Visitation will be from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m. today in IML Funeral Home, Petit de Grat. Funeral mass to celebrate his life will be at 2 p.m. today in Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, Arichat, Rev. Stephane Gamache officiating. Burial at a later date. Donations may be made to Strait Richmond Palliative Care Society.

GOYETCHE, Edward Joseph - 72, died November 20, 2003, in QEII Health Sciences Centre, Halifax. Born in Cape Auguet, Richmond Co., he was a son of the late Miller and Mary (Briand) Goyetche. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. He is survived by daughters, Leona Keswick, Ontario; Louise (Bob) Nijsse, Newmarket, Ont.; Lisa (Dave) Coulter, Churchhill, Ont.; Lorraine (John) Pugh, Barrie, Ont.; son, Walter, Toronto; grandchildren, Kerry, Justin, Danielle, Rachelle, Brittany, Gabriel, Lindsay, Connor, Taylor; sister-in-law, Margaret Goyetche; brother-in-law, Harold Martell; aunt, Edna Joyce; cousin, Valerie and her husband Luke Boudreau; nephew, Jackie and his wife Rose; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Clarence, Frederick, Raymond, and Walter; sisters, Alfreda, Emma, Gladys, Mary-Ellen, Isabel, and Rita. Funeral mass to celebrate his life will be held 10 a.m. today in Our Lady of Assumption Roman Catholic Church, Arichat, Rev. Stephane Gamache officiating. Donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or a charity of your choice. On Tuesday March 25, 2003 Ernestine passed away peacefully at the Greater Niagara General Hospital at the age of 90. Loving wife of the late William (Bill) (1995), dear mother of Martin, John and his wife Caroline, all of Niagara Falls, and Marie and her husband Norman Harvey, Calgary. Sadly missed by seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Predeceased by a granddaughter and her brother Ernest (1997). Ernestine was an active member of Sacred Heart Church, Chippawa and was also a 50-year member of the Catholic Women’s League. Mrs. Goyetche is at the MORSE & SON CHAPEL of the MORGAN FUNERAL HOMES, 5917 Main Street. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 7-9pm and on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday morning at 10 o’clock at Sacred Heart Church, Chippawa. Rite of Committal will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Vigil for Ernestine will be held at the funeral home on Thursday afternoon at 3 o’clock. In memory of Ernestine, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lung Association or to the charity of choice.

Louise O. (Wade) Goyetche was a registered nurse at Anna Jaques Hospital, Chronic Hospital and Country Manor, all in Newburyport, until retiring in 1988.

Born in Portsmouth, N.H., she attended Newburyport schools and graduated from Newburyport High School in 1939. She then graduated from Addison Gilbert School of Nursing in Gloucester in 1943.
